Job quick facts
- 7 on/7 off block schedule — 10 hr shifts, 7 am – 5 pm
- Evening beeper call — provider is 2nd call with APP as 1st call
- 6 – 10 patients per shift
- Acute psychiatric inpatient unit setting
- 2 – 5 admissions per call required
- Anxiety, affective, ADD/ADHD, personality, and psychotic disorders
- Familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion, and restraint
- Pharmacotherapy experience required
