WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Make amazing coffee, specialty drinks, cold foams, t-pops, and more
• Create a welcoming experience for every guest
• Keep the bar clean, organized, and ready to go
• Work as part of a team that supports each other
• Learn our products, recipes, and the Tremont Way
• Bring a positive attitude and great energy to every shift
• Help make Tremont Coffee a place people want to come back to

JOB DETAILS

Position: Barista
Employment: Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience: No coffee experience required — we’ll train you!

You should be able to:

• Stand and move around for extended periods of time
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Lift and carry supplies as needed
• Work well with a team
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Provide friendly, welcoming service throughout your shift

Most importantly: Bring a great attitude, be ready to learn, and have fun doing it!

You should be able to:

• Enjoy working with people and genuinely like interacting with guests
• Bring a friendly, positive attitude to every shift
• Stand and move around for extended periods of time
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with a team
• Lift and carry supplies as needed
• Keep your workspace clean and organized
• Provide great service from the moment a guest walks in
