Managing and contributing to the installation and maintenance of TIBCO Mainframe z/OS, Z/Linux and the related systems

Understand system Z software's best implementation practices, design strategy and planning Work with management and other infra teams to customize and tuned key z/OS subsystems (CICS, IMS, DB2, MQ) to improve system performance and ensure service-level agreement (SLA) adherence for mission-critical applications.understand the requirements and features, and to translate them into development tasks and quality assurance tests Work independently, a self-starter that requires minimum supervision Debug system failures and help identify the root cause of failures Create and run system wide tests for scenarios that are difficult to automate Developing/maintaining execution plans and Testing Specifications Work with local and remote teams, communicate status, schedules effectively clearly. Escalate issues in time and able to follow up for their status Ability to think out of the box Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.
