General Laborer
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Delaware, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a dynamic environment. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various operations within our facility, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support various departments as needed, including assembly, packaging, and shipping.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
