The Mission Counseling is a growing private practice in Seville, Ohio, committed to compassionate, ethical, and meaningful counseling work. We are currently seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is looking to grow clinically, build a caseload, and be supported through quality supervision in a warm, collaborative environment.

This position is ideal for someone who values autonomy, evidence-based practice, and mission-driven work, and who is interested in seeing both in-person clients at our Seville office and telehealth clients.

About the Role

• Part-time or full-time opportunities available
• Combination of in-person and online counseling
• Caseload expectations align with board requirements and professional development goals
• Approximately 10–15 clients for part-time
• Approximately 20–25 clients for full-time
• Schedule is flexible, with evenings and weekends preferred
• In-person office days and telehealth days are negotiable

Licensure and Supervision

• Open to Ohio LPC Interns only
• Clinical supervision is provided by an LPCC-S and structured as part of compensation
• Supervision hours will fully meet Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board requirements
• Supportive supervision focused on skill development, ethical practice, and professional identity growth

Clinical Focus

We are open to a wide range of interests and specialties, including but not limited to:

• Adults, adolescents, couples, and families
• Anxiety, trauma, substance use, and life transitions
• Faith-integrated counseling if aligned with your practice approach
• Evidence-based and integrative modalities

Counselors are encouraged to develop their own areas of focus.
