Tanco Engineering is seeking dedicated Storage Tank Welders to join our traveling crew.

• 1+ year(s) experience in welding above ground storage tanks.
• Must pass the following weld tests:
• SMAW 2G, 3G, & 4G
• FCAW 2G, 3G, & 4G
• Must obtain and maintain active status within the drug testing program and pass background screening.
• TWIC card may be required.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have excellent attendance and show up to work on time every day.

• Utilize your welding skills to ensure the structural integrity of storage tanks through various techniques like stick and flux core welding.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure your welding tasks meet all specifications.
• Inspect your work for quality control, promptly addressing any issues you may uncover.
• Work alongside your team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
• Keep your welding equipment in top shape with routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

PAY & BENEFITS:

• $125/day subsistence

This position is a traveling position, requiring flexibility to work anywhere within the United States. We are seeking qualified candidates nationwide who thrive in a collaborative, traveling environment and are motivated to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.
