[Responsible for direct and indirect clinical services to a segment of the client population. Completes and submits all required documentation. [Responsible for providing direct and indirect clinical services.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Maintains 100% of required billable service hours as documented on monthly billable service productivity report.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Provides counseling services professionally, tactfully and with concern for client's well-being. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Responds to telephone and/or personal inquires within 24 hours. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Responds to emergencies and/or crisis reported during the business day as assigned within one hour. ]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Responds to routine appointments within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Responsible for maintaining and submitting required documentation within the guidelines of Allwell's policies and procedures or any other sanctioning body.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Completes all clinical documentation in the time frame allotted by Allwell policy and procedures.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Complies with all Allwell record keeping policies and procedures as observed by Quality Improvement/Peer Review committee and the Chief Clinical Officer.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Returns all paper clinical records or other paper documents to central filing area at the end of each business day or sooner.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Responsible for providing consultation, community education and in-service training.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Fulfills contract obligations when assigned as reported to supervisor.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Provides mental health consultative services to community agencies when requested.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Provides educational services to community agencies and/or groups as well as providing in-service training for Allwell staff]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Responsible to attend Allwell clinical and administrative staff meetings, committees, and in-services as directed.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}

[Attends scheduled staff meetings 100% attendance rate.]{arial",="" sans-serif"=""}
