2. Managing all filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
3. Creating, copying, and scanning important documents as needed, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
5. Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational issues.
6. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events, and other similar activities.
7. Handling confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
8. Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in filing, making copies, and scanning documents.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
6. Proficiency in using various office software, including email, spreadsheets, and database applications.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
9. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Business Administration or related field will be a bonus.
