Epoxy & Concrete Polisher
- Prepare and polish concrete surfaces to a high-quality finish.
- Apply epoxy coatings, sealers, and other finishes according to specifications.
- Operate grinders, polishers, vacuums, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Repair cracks, patch surfaces, and prepare floors for coating and finishing.
- Travel to multiple job sites as required (local and regional).
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
- Follow company safety standards and meet project deadlines.
- Multiple years of experience in epoxy flooring and/or concrete polishing required.
- Skilled in floor prep, grinding, sealing, and epoxy application techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy polishing and grinding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Must have reliable transportation; mileage reimbursement provided if using personal vehicle.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
- $21–$28/hour depending on experience.
