Job Title: Nighttime Cleaner / Site Lead - Commercial Cleaning (Evenings) Location: Toledo, Ohio (ZIP Code: 43611) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM (occasional weekends as needed)

Job Summary Clean Team is hiring a dependable Nighttime Cleaner / Site Lead to oversee evening commercial cleaning operations in the Toledo area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with janitorial or custodial experience who is ready to take the next step.

As a Site Lead, you will work alongside your team while ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment while supporting team performance and consistency. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays organized, and takes ownership of results.

Responsibilities • Perform nightly commercial cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, restroom cleaning, and trash removal • Lead by example while working alongside team members during scheduled shifts • Fill in for call-offs to ensure all assigned work is completed • Conduct final walkthrough inspections to ensure quality standards are met • Restock restroom and facility supplies as needed • Maintain cleaning equipment and organized supply areas • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management • Secure the facility at the end of each shift (lights, doors, alarms)

Qualifications • Must be at least 18 years of age • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required • Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Leadership mindset with the ability to guide and support a team
