Software Developers (Multiple Specialisation)

**Job Description:** We are seeking experienced Software Developers across various technical specializations to join a dynamic, fully remote environment. In this role, you will execute software development projects, collaborate directly with a US-based engineering team, attend key project meetings, and deliver high-quality technical output. We prioritize practical skill, problem-solving capability, and clear communication above formal credentials.

**Responsibilities:**

* Execute software development tasks and projects as required by partner organizations.
* Collaborate daily with cross-functional, US-based engineering teams across multiple time zones.
* Attend scheduled technical meetings, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.
* Deliver clean, reliable, and well-maintained code to meet defined project milestones.
* Adapt quickly to different tech stacks and project requirements as needed.

**Requirements:**

* **Experience:** 4+ years of professional, hands-on software development experience.
* **Language Skills:** Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level or Native fluency required for daily spoken and written collaboration).
* **Technical Proficiency:** Strong background in at least one major development area:
* _Frontend:_ React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
* _Backend:_ Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, ASP.NET, Express.js, Python
* _Cloud & DevOps:_ AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
* _Data & AI:_ SQL, Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, TensorFlow, PyTorch
* _Version Control:_ Proficient with Git across all roles.
* **Portfolio:** A strong GitHub profile, portfolio, or project samples demonstrating past work.
* **Work Style:** Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous setting with a reliable home workspace.
