Job Description: Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals through upkeep and cleanliness of rooms, public spaces and exterior of hotel. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:-To understand all standards of room/suite cleanliness.-To consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.-Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.-Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.-Sweep and vacuuming floors.-Reporting to maintenance problems or completing work orders.-Spot cleaning walls, light fixtures, headboards, picture frames, ect.-Complete room checklist.-Vacuum hallways if needed.-Must be able to reach, kneel and bend.-Have the ability to lift, push and pull. Additional Responsibilities:-Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality and serving environment.-Greet guests whenever coming into contact. Friendly "hello".
