A growing company in the Cuyahoga Falls area is hiring Welders and Fabricators for immediate, direct-hire opportunities! If you have hands-on experience with MIG welding and metal fabrication, we want to hear from you.

Schedule & Pay:

• 1st Shift – full-time hours

• $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• MIG weld metal parts with precision

• Fabricate components using blueprints and tools

• Operate hand and power tools safely

• Perform heavy lifting as required

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven welding experience (MIG preferred)

• Strong blueprint reading and basic math skills

• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work on your feet and lift heavy materials
