Warehouse Lead

Pay rate $20.00-$23.00
Work alongside the Shift Supervisor/Mgr to ensure the smooth operations and efficient functioning of the warehouse.
You will assist the Shift Supervisor/Mgr, overseeing the associates’ day-to-day activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
You will be the Point-Person leading and guiding our associates at the site.
You will address any training and/or production issues that may arise with individuals one-on-one.
You will also handle counseling sessions in private with any individuals.
You will handle any questions, comments or issues that may arise during the shift and escalate to next level On-Site/Mgr as needed.
