The plant will manufacture consumer products and looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage large scale capital projects. Great company with a great culture in a not so great location. Update 6/25/26***My candidate just turned down an offer so the position is back to square one. My candidate had 10 years of experience with 5 years being in towel and tissue but that is not required. Consumer products or high speed manufacturing but paper or tissue would be nice. The Senior Project Manager will manage from start to finish large scale capital projects as well as manage Contractors and lead project teams. Need someone with strong project management experience ($75M or greater) out of either consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Good leadership skills and must have experience managing Contractors and leading project teams. Paper or tissue experience would be plus and greenfield experience is necessary as this is a brand new plant being built in September. Preference is someone with 10 years experience. The person must be willing to relocate to Defiance OH in a month or 2 after starting the position.
