Pay Rate: $17-$18/hr.

Position Summary:
Verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Receives, records, packages, and ships all incoming materials and verifies counts, while following policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receives, stocks, and disperses incoming parts or materials to appropriate areas.
• Loads and unloads trucks as needed.
• Packages all outbound shipments per company policy, must verify all items and quantities.
• Packages all items per customer requirements.
• Moves parts to stock room or other stock to storage areas.
• Delivers non-inventory items to end user.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures. Strong attention to details.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
• Regular consistent and punctual attendance is required. May reed to work nights and weekends and additional hours, as necessary.

Education Level:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Certifications:

_ Forklift Experience preferred, must certify with our HSE Specialist. _
Years of Experience: 1+ - 2 years of relevant experience in shipping & receiving.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities List:

• Excellent internal and external customer service skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Shipping and Receiving management processes and the ability to coordinate activities for a team.
• Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
• Forklift certification will be required.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to solve typical problems by evaluating and selecting solutions from established options.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly.
• Work well in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Environmental & Physical Requirements:
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Will have exposure to dust. Must have the ability to lift/carry/ push/pull up to 45 pounds, 66% of the time. Walking, bending, stooping, or climbing stairs while performing work in the manufacturing environment will require proper PPE.
