Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Patient Care & Scheduling Coordinator to join our chiropractic team. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming voice and face of the clinic, ensuring each patient receives a smooth and positive experience from check-in to follow-up. You’ll manage scheduling, handle patient inquiries, and coordinate care between the chiropractor and patients.

Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
Process intake forms and verify insurance information.
Coordinate with chiropractors and therapy staff to maintain smooth patient flow.
Collect payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.
Maintain organized patient files and confidential records.
Support office operations with light administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a healthcare, chiropractic, or wellness office preferred, but not required—training provided.
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Comfortable using scheduling software or EMR systems.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
