Cool Beans Cafe in Medina, OH is looking for seasonal part time help to join our team. We are located on 103 W Liberty St.

Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, a self starter, and attentive. Our location is very fast paced, so ability to think on your feet and react quickly is necessary.

Must be a self starter and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining room and facility are clean and welcoming for our guests
• Brew coffees and restock customer coffee station
• Assist Front of House staff by grabbing needed food/ drink items from the back and restocking as requested
• Prep food and drinks to ensure we have a steady stock of product ready for use
• Dishes (automatic dishwasher is used)
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Check in deliveries and organize stock
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally

Qualifications

• Must be a self starter. You'll work on your own most of the time, but your job is integral for the success of the front of house staff
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Must be able to stand for up to 5 hours

Candidates are required to be available for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Starting wage $13.00/ hr.
