The Role ?

We're seeking a motivated AI Integration Intern to support our Customer Office in building agentic AI workflows that transform our workflows and the ways our teams serve our customers. This internship offers hands-on experience in applying AI solutions that solve business problems, offering a balance between technical focus and business context.

Your day-to-day ?

AI Solution Development: Help build specialized AI agents and agentic workflows within our Amazon Quick Suite platform to address specific business challenges

Implementation Support: Assist in developing and deploying AI-driven applications and multi-agent workflow orchestration

Prompt and Context Engineering: Develop skills in prompt engineering techniques and context engineering for AI Agents to optimize performance for specific solution requirements

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various customer-facing teams to understand problem requirements and help build appropriate AI solutions

Solution Testing: Support testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure they effectively address business problems

Documentation: Create documentation for AI solutions, implementation processes, and user guides to drive enablement within our teams

User Support: Assist in supporting teams on AI solutions and troubleshooting issues

Performance Monitoring: Help monitor AI solution effectiveness and gather feedback for solution refinement

What you bring to the team ?

Hands-on experience building AI solutions and agentic workflows that support services teams and drive customer retention

Understanding of how to translate business problems into AI-powered solutions
