Were seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, youll act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their coverage options with confidence and care. Every conversation is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, whether youre identifying gaps in coverage or guiding clients through life changes.
- First-year earnings: $60,000$80,000

Responsibilities- Make outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads
- Quote coverage accurately and professionally
- Ask for the sale and bind policies with confidence
- Follow up with clients for referrals and future needs
- Maintain a fun and focused approach to daily work
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Drive to make prospecting calls and hit sales targets
- Self-motivation and a proactive attitude toward improvement
- Ability to connect with clients and assess their insurance needs
- No license required to start; well help guide you through licensing
