Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer looking to gain broad project exposure, take on real responsibility, and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Our team works across a diverse portfolio including land development, municipal infrastructure, drainage, transportation, utilities, and site design. This role offers hands-on experience and a clear path toward increased project ownership over time.

What You'll Own

• Support civil engineering projects across land development, site design, municipal infrastructure, drainage, and transportation
• Assist with technical work, including:
• Grading and drainage design
• Utility coordination
• Stormwater management
• Permitting and regulatory submittals
• Construction documentation
• Coordinate with clients, project engineers, contractors, and public agencies
• Support construction-phase activities to help maintain project schedule and budget
• Assist with permit applications, grant documentation, and project submittals
• Grow into increased project ownership and client-facing responsibilities over time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 2–6 years of civil engineering experience
• Candidates with 3–5 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong entry-level candidates will also be considered
• Experience in land development is highly preferred
• Experience with site design, grading, utilities, and entitlements is a plus
• EIT certification or active pursuit of PE licensure preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Ability to work onsite, five days per week, in Maumee, OH
