Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance and Repairs

Perform a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.

Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

Accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions, from routine maintenance to complex repair challenges.

Timely Work Order Completion

Complete assigned work orders efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Quality & Professionalism

Safety Compliance

Client Communication

Tools & Transportation

Provide your own complete set of tools and maintain reliable transportation to travel to job sites within the service area.

Insurance Requirement

Carry general liability insurance (assistance available if needed).

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Handyman or in a related trade

• Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service abilities

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must service a 50-mile radius from Dayton, OH)

• Ownership of professional-grade tools for diverse repair and maintenance tasks

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• General Contractor License preferred and prioritized
