Join our dynamic team at Farm & Home Hardware as a Delivery Driver! In this exciting role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service to our valued customers in and around Wellington, OH. If you enjoy driving and providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers' locations.
- Load and unload merchandise with care to ensure product safety.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely reporting of any issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies while on the road.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding deliveries.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with local routes and neighborhoods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
