Hopkins Rehabilitation and Care Center located in Middleburg Hts is looking for a licensed CNA who has experience central supply and scheduling. This person should have excellent computer skills, would be responsible for ordering necessary nursing supplies, keeping up with stocking of rooms, and managing budgets. This person would assure all nursing shifts are adequately staffed daily, adjsut schedules for vacations and requested time off, answering staffing calls timely, assist on the floor when needed and work closely with the DON for all other schedule needs.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Previous staffing experience preferred
Specific Requirements:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Adjust schedules for vacations/requested time off
Answers staffing calls/returns calls and or texts in a timely manner
Assist on floor if needed during staffing shortages (within scope of practice)
Communicate staffing needs/changes with ADON, DON and or Administrator
Review daily punches versus scheduled hours
Daily Staffing
Ensure staffing is within PPD guidelines for all stations
Fill call off positions-interface with nursing staff in an attempt to fill open shifts with facility staff with least amount of OT
Maintain staffing, call off record
Keep track of all changes in daily staffing and ensure sheets are accurate and neat
Maintains confidentiality of personnel information
Timecard / sheets review daily
Place order for supplies based on facility needs.
Inventory and restock supply rooms and carts throughout the facility.
Track and monitor the usage of supplies to ensure efficient utilization.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the central supply area.
