- Perform shipment coordination with customers, freight forwarders, trucking companies, etc.
- Perform logistics data analysis, identify errors, improve processes
- Develop relationships with freight and external logistics companies
- Stay current of U.S. Customs regulations
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar function
- Experience working in Microsoft applications and SAP, or other ERP system
- EAR and ITAR knowledge to process licenses with the respective government agencies
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills
- Possess strong planning, analytical, and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management systems and procedures
