Contract Tech & Business Recruiter
- $40-$60/hr
- Source and identify talent through a variety of internal and external channels to drive a funnel of top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to create ideal candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring strategies
- Manage all activity within the applicant tracking system in a timely and accurate manner
- Consistently evaluate the interview and assessment process to ensure quality while also optimizing the candidate experience
- Research and review potential recruiting tools to drive process improvement and resource optimization.
- 4+ years’ full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated success in recruiting against key metrics and hiring top talent as evidenced by internal measures of success (retention metrics, hiring manager satisfaction, upward or cross lateral mobility of top talent)
- Proficiency with contemporary sourcing/recruiting methods as well as a keen interest in the adoption of new tools that enhance recruiters’ effectiveness
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Graduate degree preferred
