Project Manager – Site Development

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil site development projects from early planning through construction. This role supports a variety of work including site evaluations, master planning, utility and stormwater design, permitting, and preparation of construction documents. You’ll oversee both technical execution and client coordination while guiding a multidisciplinary project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and quality standards.

• Direct and mentor team members; support performance development and training.

• Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.

• Lead proposal development, define project scope, and identify risks and mitigation plans.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

• Support business development through relationship building and industry involvement.

• Ensure coordination across disciplines and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.

• Professional certification (PE, AICP, or similar) preferred.

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard design software.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
