Accounting Office Manager

What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:
- Overseeing general accounting office including supplies, copy machine, postage machine, Maintenance, housekeeping, etc
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
Essential Job Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Accounting, Payroll, and some Titles knowledge preferred
- Car industry background preferred
- Ability to assist in the supervision of a staff of 25+ employees.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Google Suites, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Outgoing, likable personality with the ability to communicate and relate to their team.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Sound decision making and the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
