Como Practicante Comercial en la División de Productos Profesionales, serás parte de un equipo dinámico y desafiante, gestionando algunas de las marcas más reconocidas del mercado. Reportarás al equipo comercial y contribuirás al fortalecimiento de nuestra presencia en muchos hogares. Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
* Estrategia comercial: Apoyar en la definición de estrategias para potenciar la presencia de nuestras marcas en el mercado.
* Análisis de indicadores: Realizar análisis mensuales de indicadores comerciales para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
* Seguimiento y soporte: Brindar apoyo operativo en actividades periódicas y proyectos de mejora en las operaciones comerciales.
* Colaboración transversal: Trabajar de la mano con equipos internos para garantizar la excelencia en la ejecución de iniciativas comerciales.
Un estudiante con potencial de crecimiento y alineado con los valores de L’Oréal. Idealmente, cuentas con:
* Estar cursando el 7mo ciclo en adelante en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
* Habilidades en análisis de datos, comunicación efectiva y gestión de relaciones.
* Dominio intermedio de Excel.
* Organización, atención al detalle y enfoque estratégico.
