(Please visit As a consulting engineer, your task is to design and analyze the following building systems and prepare the drawings and specifications for bidding and construction by contractors: 3,200 and 12,470 primary voltage services​​480/277v and 208/120v power distribution systemsEmergency power distribution systemsDiesel and natural gas fueled emergency generators​Inverters and UPS systemsSolar power PV energy generation systemsLighting design for parking lots, roadway, and exterior areasLighting design for all types of interior spacesLighting control systems- auto sensing, dimming, color controlFire alarm systems​Providing power to mechanical systemsNurse Call and medical telemetry systemsWriting descriptive system narrativesWriting and editing specifications in CSI format Experience with voice/data, audio/video, and security is a plus Our responsibilities include interpreting and applying local and national code requirements and other design standards to ensure the safety of the public in the use of electrical systems in commercial buildings.
