Warehouse Manager
Job Title: Warehouse Manager – Electrical Contracting
Location: Archbold, OH

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for our electrical contracting business. This role is critical in ensuring materials are properly stocked, organized, and prepared for field crews, while also assisting with purchasing and occasional counter sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for electrical materials and supplies
- Pull and stage materials for upcoming jobs based on project needs
- Track inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
- Coordinate purchasing with vendors and suppliers
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Assist with counter sales and customer inquiries as needed
- Work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure job readiness
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse management, preferably in electrical or construction industry
- Knowledge of electrical materials (conduit, wire, panels, fittings, etc.) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus)
- Good communication and customer service skills
