What You Should Know About the Culinary Lead Role:

• This is a Full-Time position, with the hours of 8am-4:30pm/11am-7:30pm with an every other weekend rotation
• This position will primarily be located at our Hospice Dayton Inpatient facility BUT will need to float to our Troy or Middletown IPU's as needed
• We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey.
• Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

The Culinary Lead Essential Duties Are:

The Culinary Lead is responsible directing the staff to achieve the desired outcomes to meet culinary objectives. The Culinary Lead is a working position that will work in positions as required to insure all outcomes are met for patients, families, visitors and staff.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Culinary Arts preferred. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

  • At least one year of related experience and/or training or a combination there of in preparing and cooking food for large numbers of people is preferred

  • Certified in ServSafe

  • Competent in Information Technologies

  • Valid Ohio Drivers License (Safe driving record)

  • State Minimum Auto Coverage

  • Ability to read

  • Outcome-driven
