Your Role: As an HVAC Maintenance Technician , you'll be the frontline in keeping our customers' systems running efficiently. You'll perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, water heaters, and related equipment-ensuring reliability, safety, and optimal performance. You'll also identify potential issues before they become costly problems, helping customers save money and stress.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of HVAC field experience, with a focus on maintenance
• EPA Certified (NATE a big plus)
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
• Professional, customer-focused demeanor
• Solid work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid Ohio Driver's License & Clean Record
• Ability to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day
