Unified Talent Group is exclusive in search of a Maintenance Technician for a 100+ year-old

well-respected manufacturing company. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in

ensuring production equipment and facilities operate at peak performance.

You’ll work on everything from general building upkeep to the complete disassembly and

repair of complex machinery. This is a critical role that directly impacts the safety,

efficiency, and productivity of our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs on a wide range of production

equipment and building systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and

plumbing systems.

• Maintain and repair metal stamping presses (experience required).

• Ensure equipment is compliant with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout

procedures.

• Collaborate closely with other maintenance team members, production staff, and

supervisors to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.

• Work safely in high places (up to 40 feet) and confined spaces as needed.

• Support general building maintenance activities.

• Take ownership of tasks and bring a self-starting attitude to daily responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or GED (required).

• Vocational training or coursework in machinery maintenance, hydraulics,

pneumatics, or electrical systems (preferred).

• Proven experience with metal stamping press maintenance (required).

• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems (a plus).

• Strong mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and a safety-first mindset.

• Basic personal hand tools required.

• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move objects weighing 25–100 lbs.

• Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, stretching, and working at heights

(up to 40 feet
