Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annualized compensation: $83,200 – $95,680 per year (based on $40–$46/hour at 40 hours/week).
- OR 30% of adjusted production (whichever is higher).

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join a well-established, patient-focused practice in Fremont, OH. - Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleanings, scaling, and preventive treatments.
- Conduct patient assessments and communicate findings to the dentist.
- Take and develop dental radiographs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in dental hygiene.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Ohio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused mindset with a team-oriented approach.
- Open to new graduates and experienced providers.
