What's your day like?

As the new Director at Miami Valley Community Action Partnership, you can expect a dynamic and engaging day-to-day experience. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing program development, managing budgets, and supervising staff to ensure effective service delivery. You will engage with community stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance our outreach efforts. Daily activities will also involve strategic planning, performance evaluation, and reporting on program outcomes. You will lead regular team meetings to encourage collaboration and innovation while addressing challenges as they arise.

Your schedule will typically be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. This role demands proactive leadership and a commitment to our mission, ensuring that you contribute meaningfully to the community every day.
