What You’ll Do as a Technical Recruiter & Account Executive

▸ Build and manage a pipeline of candidates across IT, Finance, and Healthcare

▸ Conduct interviews and match top talent to client opportunities

▸ Run a recruiting practice from first outreach through signed offer

▸ Partner with hiring managers to understand their business and team needs

▸ Develop long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals

▸ Use modern tools (LinkedIn, Loxo, DocCafe) to reach and engage candidates at scale

What You Bring

Required

Bachelor’s degree (any major)

1–2 years of sales experience (B2B, B2C, SaaS, staffing — all count)

Proven ability to handle rejection and keep going

Strong verbal communicator, you’re comfortable on the phone and in person

Organized and self-motivated, you manage your own activity without being told

▸ You’ve worked in a metrics-driven sales environment

▸ You know what a quota is and you’ve hit one
