Salary:

Starting Salary of $60,000 - $70,000/year and great benefits available!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all staffing-related matters.

• Onsite Staffing Oversight: Manage daily staffing operations at the client's location, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, adherence to client requirements, and timely problem resolution.

• Recruitment and Talent Management: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, source, and onboard qualified candidates to meet client demands. Conduct interviews and assessments as necessary.

• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of onsite staff, providing coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans as needed.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, and documentation, comply with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations. Generate regular reports on staffing metrics.

• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve staffing-related issues and challenges promptly, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance onsite staffing processes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in staffing, workforce management, or a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Exceptional client relationship-building abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
