Construction Project Manager

NOW HIRING: Construction Project ManagerPremier 1 Pool & Patio | Northeast Ohio Premier 1 Pool & Patio is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.We specialize in building custom pools, patios, spas, and outdoor living spaces that help families turn their backyards into personal resorts. Our work is built on craftsmanship, communication, and pride — and we’re looking for someone who can help lead projects with the same level of care our customers expect from Premier 1. Position: Construction Project Manager The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, great with customers, and experienced in managing construction projects from start to finish. This role requires someone who can keep jobs moving, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, and represent Premier 1 Pool & Patio with professionalism on every project. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing project schedules and timelines
Coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
Handling permitting and project documentation
Ordering materials and ensuring job sites have what they need
Communicating with customers throughout the project
Monitoring job progress, quality, and completion details
Helping ensure every project is completed efficiently, professionally, and to Premier 1 standards Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Knowledge of scheduling, permitting, material ordering, and job-site coordination
Pool, patio, hardscape, concrete, or outdoor living experience is a plus
