School Psychologist - School-Based

Location: Cincinnati, OH

School Year: 2026-2027

Start Date: August 10, 2026

Contract Length: 9 months

We are seeking a School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based position in Cincinnati, OH for the 2026-2027 school year . This role supports students through evaluations, eligibility determination, and collaboration with school leadership and student services teams.

The district prefers in-person support , though virtual services may be considered on a limited basis. These roles have historically been filled externally, and the district is open to reviewing skill-marketed candidates.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Contract Length: 9 months

• Start Date: August 10, 2026

• Setting: School-based, primarily in person

• Openings Available: 1

• Charting System: MaxView

• Interview Process: Virtual interview with the Special Education Director, Director of Student Services, and Principal

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments

• Support eligibility determinations and service recommendations

• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in IEP meetings and planning discussions

• Support students with mental health, behavioral, and developmental needs

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

Requirements

• Active School Psychologist license in the state of practice

• Full professional license required

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field preferred

• Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations preferred

• Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Compensation

• Local Pay: $65 per hour

• Travel Pay: Approximately $3,103 per week , including housing and meals stipends

• W-2 position through Amergis
