Position Description: Job Title: Semi-Skilled Laborer (Mechanical Knowledge Preferred)Location: Albany, Ohio 45710Industry: Construction / Industrial Reports To: Crew Foreman / Site SupervisorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hard-working Semi-Skilled Laborer with a strong work ethic and a foundational understanding of mechanical systems. This is a field-based role in Albany, OH, supporting , installation, and maintenance tasks across job sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools and machinery, understands basic mechanical principles, and is eager to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMechanical SupportAssist in the installation, maintenance, or repair of mechanical equipment and systems.Operate and maintain hand tools and small power tools.Help with diagnostics and minor adjustments under supervision.
