High School- ECA Treasurer

Position Overview:

Tippecanoe Valley High School is seeking a dedicated and detail -oriented Extra-Curricular Accounts (ECA)

Treasurer for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is responsible for managing the school’s financial

operations with accuracy, integrity, and efficiency.

This is a salaried position requiring 215 working days per school year.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all required state financial reporting in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate and maintain monthly financial reports using the data management system.
• Manage all school financial accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation and documentation.
• Accurately collect, count, and deposit funds, maintaining strict adherence to financial procedures.
• Oversee extra-curricular accounts and fundraisers, ensuring compliance with school policies.
• Provide guidance and accountability for student activity funds and sponsor -led accounts.
• Support purchasing processes, including purchase orders, approvals, and tracking expenditures .
• Collaborate with building administration and central office on financial matters.
• All other duties as assigned by the building principal.

Qualifications:

o High school diploma required.

o Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial management preferred.

o Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

o Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes.
