Title: Project Manager - Manufacturing, Industrial Construction

Location: Bellefontaine or Columbus, OH - Some Travel as necessary in Ohio

Salary: $140k-$180k+ - Depending on Experience

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in project management, Industrial, Manufacturing, LEED GA or AP, mission-critical or Labs, Procore, Primavera, MS Project, Bluebeam, Accubid

What you will be doing:

Manage the full project management process from project pursuit through handoff to operations.
Lead coordination of drawings, blueprints, specifications, and scope development for buildouts.
Analyze design documents for completeness, constructability, and cost efficiency.
Develop clear scopes of work and bid packages for critical trades, controls, containment, and electrical infrastructure. Develop RFQ packages for subcontractors and vendors.
Guide design decisions based on schedule, budget, and availability of materials and systems.

What you need for this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Project Engineer/Management experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in industrial/manufacturing construction.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred - LEED GA or AP preferred
• Proficient in construction softwares including: Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera/P6 and Microsoft Project
• Ability for some travel within the state of Ohio - Mainly Bellefontaine and Columbus areas
