Vendor Relations Specialist

Vendor Relations Specialist Drive operational excellence and build strong vendor partnerships! We're looking for a Vendor Relations Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. In this role, you'll manage vendor compliance and performance, strengthen relationships, and help grow revenue for our National Accounts division-all while ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do + Monitor vendor capacity and performance to ensure compliance and operational excellence. + Build and maintain strong relationships within our vendor network. + Strategically grow revenue while maintaining profitability. + Deliver outstanding customer service and support in a dynamic environment. + Ensure quality work and compliance with all guidelines. What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED. + Experience:2+ years in a call center or customer service environment. + 3+ years in vendor management. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and work independently. + Professional integrity and commitment to company values. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Barberton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
