Data Entry Coordinator
The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems. This role supports data integrity, organizes digital records, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and reliable information for reporting and business operations. Ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys working with numbers and computer-based tasks.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases with high accuracy
- Review and verify data for completeness; correct errors as needed
- Organize and manage digital files for easy access and proper storage
- Perform routine data audits to ensure data quality and integrity
- Support reporting and basic data analysis
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across systems
- Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for tracking and communication
- Assist with order entry and finance-related data processes
- Work within ERP systems (including Workday) for data management
- Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain focus on repetitive, computer-based tasks with strong accuracy
Qualifications
- 1+ years of data entry, administrative, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with financial or order entry data
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with ERP systems or Workday
- Experience in customer service or order entry
Work Environment
This is a desk-based role requiring extended computer use. You’ll work in a collaborative team environment while also managing independent, detail-focused tasks. The position offers exposure to systems like ERP/Workday, along with opportunities for training and career growth in a fast-paced, data-driven setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
