Balancing Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:30pm )

• Balancing Operations: Operate balancing machines to reduce vibration in rotating equipment to specified levels.
• Component Handling: Safely remove and install parts like bearings, end plates, using overhead cranes, forklifts, and hand tools.
• Weight Modification: Fabricate and add/remove balance weights by drilling, tapping, welding, bolting, cutting, and grinding.
• Quality Control: Perform functional tests, analyze vibration data, and ensure final products meet design specifications.
• Mechanical Work: Diagnose, adjust, and repair machinery; fabricate parts using machine shop equipment.
• Documentation: Accurately record production data, test results, and time. Safety & Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety protocols.

Balancing Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with industrial machinery.
• Familiarity with balancing principles and vibration analysis (often a plus).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and machine shop equipment (mills, lathes).
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to precision and quality.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow precise procedures.
