Every weekend availability is required – Not every other weekend. Every single one.Flexibility is non-negotiable: This role demands you adapt to the needs of those we serve. If you need traditional business hours or weekends off, this role isn't the right fit. No hard feelings.What You'll Actually Do: This is hands-on, meaningful work: Provide personalized care, including personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility support.Develop and implement individualized support plans alongside a multidisciplinary teamTeach essential life skills-communication, socialization, money management, and household tasksTransport individuals to community activities and appointments (reliable vehicle required)Maintain detailed documentation and incident reportingAdvocate fiercely for the rights and safety of those you supportMust-Haves:High school diploma or equivalent to become med admin. certifiedReliable vehicle for transportationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills for documentationWillingness to pass background checks and clearancesAbility to earn and maintain CPR/First Aid certificationPrevious experience with developmental disabilities preferred (but exceptional candidates with transferable skills encouraged to apply)What's In It For You:Compensation: $20/hour for regular awake shifts; minimum wage for sleep/trainingOvertime at 1.5x average regular ratePTO accrual: 0.0385 hours per hour workedBenefits (when eligible): Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 401(k) with generous company match (100% match on first 3%, 50% on next 2%)Tuition scholarships to 100+ online programs through the University of Cincinnati-certificates through graduate degreesOngoing professional development and trainingThe Bottom LineIf you're looking for a role where you'll be challenged daily, where your impact is measurable, and where you'll grow both professionally and personally-we want to meet you.
