Job Summary

Th e Production Associate/Operator is responsible for safely managing and operating reclaim grinding equipment and supporting end-of-line operations. This role requires strict adherence to plant rules, safety regulations, and attendance policies while maintaining a clean and organized work en vironment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Op erate reclaim grinding equipment safely and efficiently
2. Comply with plant rules and safety regulations
3. Maintain housekeeping standards across all plant areas
4. Operate board grinders and prepare/feed scrap products
5. Operate compactor equipment and perform associated tasks
6. Identify emergency stop buttons and use paging systems as needed
7. Perform general duties as assigned by supervision

Essential Physical Requirements / Work Environment

1. Hi gh school diploma or GED equivalent required
2. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs without assistance
3. Ability to work up to 12+ hours in hot/cold manufacturing environments
4. Ability to walk/stand on concrete floors continuously for up to 12 hours
5. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including steel-toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, and long-sleeved shirts
6. Ability to use cleaning equipment/tools for housekeeping duties in compliance with safety rules
7. Flexibility to work overtime as necessary
