Level Up is hiring a Trainee Manager to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This position is ideal for candidates and recent graduates looking to gain hands on marketing experience and grow into a leadership role. This is a great opportunity that gives you the chance to hone and launch a career in sales by joining an exciting, development-driven team. We are looking for a candidate with a relevant field of study or working experience to bring their skills to our team.
Candidates for the Trainee Manager position should show the following capabilities:
- Confident - able to confidently and easily engage in conversations with potential clients and customers
- Persistent - sticks to assignments until they are completed in spite of challenges
- Persuasive - able influence others to their views and open them to new ideas
- Self-starter -able to figure out the best way to accomplish their objectives with a minimum of guidance and supervision

- Intellectually curious - likes to learn new things; able to defend their position but exercises humility to learn new ways when shown facts that they are wrong
The Trainee Manager role provides a dedicated track to sales management. Responsibilities include:
- Innovative marketing campaigns

- Trade shows and sales events
- Team leadership
- Project management and coordination
