Hybrid Controller Role - 110k-130k
Hybrid (1–2 Days In Office Per Week)
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 Base Employment Type: Full-Time About The Role We are a growing public accounting firm seeking a Controller / Senior Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with multiple businesses, owning the full accounting cycle, and building strong client relationships. You will handle general accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting while working directly with business owners and leadership teams. Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR and general ledger accuracy
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes
- Serve as a trusted accounting resource for clients
- 5+ years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple clients or entities simultaneously
- Public accounting or Client Accounting / CAS experience preferred
